UQPN is a peer-led network that connects professional staff across all roles, HEW levels, and campuses at UQ to foster collaboration, idea-sharing, and professional development. As a network, we aim to foster:

Through the delivery of programs, events, and networking opportunities, we help to strengthen professional capability, support excellence in key operational areas, and builds resilient networks across the University. UQPN also plays a key role in welcoming and supporting new professional staff, helping them integrate, build confidence, and establish early connections across the Organisation. The network is sustained by strong volunteer engagement, which contributes to leadership development, career progression, and the ongoing strength of the UQ professional community.
