Communities of Practice (CoPs)

UQ offers a wide range of Communities of Practice (CoPs) for staff to connect, learn, and share knowledge.

These communities may be known by different names such as Professional Learning Communities, Educational Networks or Learning Circles, but they all share the same purpose: bringing people together to explore different perspectives, build skills, and learn from one another.

Being part of a CoP is a great way to:

  • connect with colleagues across UQ and expand your network
  • learn from others’ experiences
  • share your own knowledge and insights
  • grow your professional skills in a supportive environment.

You are encouraged to explore and join any CoP that aligns with your interests. Some CoPs are open to everyone, while others are by invitation.
