This is an incredible opportunity to work on your purpose and goals, to build your confidence, to learn tips for making a winning application and to practice your public speaking under the guidance of an expert coach!

I am Estie van Tonder and I’m originally from South Africa but now reside in Brisbane with my husband and in the same area as my daughter and her family. As an accomplished HR, OD, and Learning and Development Professional, I bring extensive experience from the FMCG industry. I hold a master’s degree in human resource management, and I’m also a certified Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
My career journey has taken me across continents—from Great Britain to South Africa and was part of numerous global projects spanning Canada, and the USA.

Tracy Laurence

Tracy is a driven Internal Audit professional with experience ranging from graduate Internal Auditor through to Chief Audit Executive. Expertise honed across various domains, including Higher Education, Government, and Banking. As a qualified and experienced Financial, Operational, Performance, and IS/IT Auditor, Tracy brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Deeply committed to contributing to organisational success through effective Internal Audit practices and Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM), Tracy also has a passion for supporting the development and growth of UQ Professional Staff through her volunteer roles with UQPN.

Lucinda Coulter

Lucinda has extensive stakeholder engagement, relationship management, leadership, event management, and administration experience acquired and developed through my time within the health industry, Rotary International, as a successful business owner and in community volunteer roles. Lucinda is committed to utilising her strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build a rapport with key stakeholders and members of the community, to achieve positive outcomes for all.
