I joined UQPN in 2023 to expand my professional network, share my expertise, and continue developing capabilities in new areas.

UQ has been a constant throughout my career for over 15 years, through both part-time and full-time roles. I feel very fortunate to work for such a progressive organisation, which has supported me to achieve a strong work–life balance.

The majority of my career has been within the University’s Finance and Business Services division, initially in transactional roles and more recently as a Senior Training and Support Officer within Finance Client Support Services. In this role, our team designs and maintains training resources for Finance across UQ. We also provide client support for Finance systems and processes and communicate Finance news and initiatives to staff.

I particularly enjoy the instructional design aspect of my role, along with the opportunity to work with and continuously learn a variety of systems and software. These include Articulate 360, Venngage, Vision6 and Drupal, as well as key UQ Finance systems such as UniFi, ExpenseMe Pro and UQProcure.
