I’m excited to join the UQ Professional Network (UQPN) and look forward to connecting with others, building strong networks, and contributing to an enhanced experience for volunteers and members.
EXPERIENCE
I am a professional administrator with experience across research administration, higher degree by research programs, undergraduate internships, and event management. I hold a Bachelor of Business in Management and e‑Business from James Cook University.
Prior to joining The University of Queensland, I worked in Thesis Examination at Queensland University of Technology. Before that, I spent seven years at James Cook University in a range of roles spanning international admissions, graduate research, and governance.
In my current role within the Queensland Alliance for Agriculture and Food Innovation (QAAFI), I support the Commercial and Grants team by providing pre‑award and post‑award support to researchers. I am also a founding member of the QAAFI Cybersecurity Champions Network.
Outside of work, I serve on the Board of Directors for the Australian Flying Disc Association, the national sporting organisation for Ultimate Frisbee. Through this role, I have gained significant experience in event management and governance.
