EXPERIENCE

• Prepared and presented consolidation and key financial reports to the board of directors.
• Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Contributed to writing new SOPs for business processes within the company.
• Reviewed balance, and bookkeeping records and addressed clients’ issues with SAP, Odoo (ERP system), Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks.
• Reconciliations: suppliers, accounts including intercompany transactions.
• Utilised finance system and process knowledge to guide decision-making and change.
• Developed and designed PowerBI dashboards that provided real-time data insights and actionable information for stakeholders by collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Designed audit dashboards to enable business and audit stakeholders to view investigations.
• Architected and developed the automation of client charges assurance system to automate data processing activities.
• Coordinate project lifecycle, working closely with a variety of stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood, documented and delivered on time and on budget.
• Takes responsibility for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting and implementing system changes, which ensures acceptable quality and integrity of the system.
• Acts as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in the system project decision-making process.
