Lunchbox session: Mindful Work and Leadership
We are incredibly lucky to have Jodee Allanson share her knowledge with us on the powerful topic of Mindfulness.
Jodee Allanson is an Organisational Psychologist, who has been practicing in the field for over 25 years and is an endorsed supervisor for new psychology registrants. Jodee has worked in a number of industries including education, health, road and rail transport, sport and recreation, primary industries, public administration and allied health. In these industries Jodee has worked in the public sector, consultancy, non-profit and tertiary education sector.
Jodee has also presented at numerous national and international conferences on a range of organisational psychology, leadership and organisational development areas. She is currently supporting postgraduate student interns working in the non-profit sector as a senior psychologist and supervisor. Jodee works at the University of Queensland as an Internship Manager and Placement and Supervising Psychologist in the School of Psychology and in Queensland government in organisational wellbeing. Jodee loves keeping active, spending time in nature, health, and wellbeing, actively practices yoga and meditation and is a trained teacher in both areas.
