Managing Workplace Conflict and Collaboration Workshop
Session information
Work is becoming increasingly collaborative. Organisations collaborate and exchange with ever distant partners, and teams often have members across many different time zones. This increases diversity of perspectives which can contribute to innovation and creativity, but it can also generate conflicting views and mismatched priorities. Collaborative goals may not only be undermined by conflict but also by rapid change. In this interactive workshop, participants will gain insights into types and triggers of conflict; anatomy of conflict, and how to achieve a culture of collaboration on the back of effective conflict management in organisational settings.
This workshop is in-person only and limited to 50 participants. Confirmed participants will receive a separate calendar invite with a template to capture their reflections one week prior the workshop. Remi would also like participants to bring with them some notes on a conflict or disagreement they have personally experienced, how they managed that, what the outcome was, etc.
Date: Wednesday 11 March 2026
Time: 12:15pm to 1:30pm
Location: Global Change Institute, Room 273, Building 20 (in person only)
